Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Event Director to lead our outbound sales and event coordination efforts. As an Event Director, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, organizing events, and driving sales through strategic partnerships that align with our values of service and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to secure event partnerships and opportunities for catering and food sales.
  2. Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, community organizations, and local businesses to grow event sales.
  3. Oversee the planning, logistics, and execution of events, ensuring all details align with our standards for service, food quality, and customer satisfaction.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of food services during events.
  5. Represent Chick-fil-A at community events, conferences, and trade shows to increase visibility and drive new business.
  6. Track event performance, including sales data and client feedback, to improve future events and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  7. Ensure all events adhere to our health, safety, and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in outbound sales and event management, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills with a track record of successful sales.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive employment package, including benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
