Administrative Coordinator for Church Events

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support the planning and execution of various events at the London Antioch Korean Church.
Key Responsibilities:- Event Planning: Assist in coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, ensuring smooth logistics and timely completion of tasks.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, including opening and distributing mail, maintaining office supplies, and performing data entry.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, respond to electronic inquiries, and schedule appointments.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries and make reservations as needed.
The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask effectively, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, applicants should have:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1-2 years of experience in administration or a related field
A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum is offered, depending on experience. The position is permanent and involves working 30 hours per week. Public transportation is available.
