Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at NH124 VARIETY. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales floor staff to duties and ensure effective coverage of all areas of the store.
  • Hire, train, and develop a team of sales associates to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering merchandise and authorizing returns.
  • Establish and maintain a positive work environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
