Administrative Support Specialist

Interior Health Authority is seeking a skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join their team at Fernie Health Centre.

This casual position involves performing a variety of reception, administrative, and Health Unit Aide support duties, including data entry, preparing presentations, and scheduling client appointments.

The ideal candidate will have a current Typing Test 40 wpm or greater, an Office Administration Certificate, and a current valid BC Driver's License.

As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will work closely with a solid and experienced team in a wonderful working environment, providing excellent support to patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Data entry and record management
Preparing presentations and arranging meetings
Scheduling and confirming client appointments
Maintaining and cleaning medical/surgical supplies and equipment

What Will You Work On?
