We're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Dental Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice. Your clinical background and experience with dental software programs will be a significant asset in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients as they arrive, ensuring a positive impression
• Optimize the appointment schedule to minimize gaps
• Effectively manage recall systems and maintain accurate patient databases
• Process referral letters and patient correspondence
• Manage patient calls and inquiries about appointments, confirmations, and cancellations
