  • Lead by initiative, drive performance expectations consistently above par, and mentor your team members.
  • Be accountable for branch sales, striving for top-tier KPIs, ensuring optimal inventory management in each showroom.
  • Promote Change Management Leadership, spearhead transformation initiatives, and guide your team's adoption of new processes seamlessly.
  • Take charge of scheduling, payroll reporting, and operations, aiming to align everything with performance objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement corporate strategies, always prioritizing growth, health & safety, and maximizing results.
  • Bolster relationships with trade partners that contribute significantly to long-term success.
  • Strategically manage store profitability using price and margin control to meet business expectations.

To succeed in this position, you'll have:

  • A proven track record of driving sales, consistently exceeding ambitious targets.
  • Experience coaching and elevating team performance, pushing them towards continuous growth.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, easily adapting to new software to maximize efficiency.
  • The ability to commit extra time and effort when needed, being flexible during evenings, weekends, or extended hours if necessary.
  • At least 8 years of successful retail sales experience in a management role, preparing you to lead confidently and drive substantial growth.
  • A mindset to lead by example, achieve results, and build a high-performance team driven by a hunger for success.

Compensation Package

This leadership role comes with an estimated annual salary between $95,000 to $140,000, offering a competitive package that reflects your value to the team and the organization.
