The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, promoting and selling merchandise, and maintaining store appearance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues promptly.
- Promote and sell merchandise through various sales techniques, including demonstrating products and offering recommendations.
- Maintain store appearance by restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and keeping the sales floor organized.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Assist with visual merchandising and display of products.
- Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce.
- Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
- Prepare merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience an asset.
