About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Oakley, a leading sport and lifestyle brand. As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and contributing to the success of our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, consistently delivering against sales plans and company objectives.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Oakley products, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.
  • Store Environment: Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, fostering strong relationships with colleagues, management, and customers.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain the appearance of the store, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
  • Skills: Familiarity with point of sale systems, basic computer skills, and strong communication skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivation, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong desire to meet sales goals.
