About the Role
- As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating a best-in-class customer experience, engaging with customers, and providing product knowledge to drive sales.
- You will work as part of a team to exceed sales results and meet business goals, while maintaining a positive attitude and being flexible to the changing needs of the customer and the business.
- Responsibilities include demonstrating a customer-first mindset, being aware of and accountable to store and individual sales goals, and ensuring product is always available to the customer.
- You will also be responsible for maintaining a positive and energetic presence, building strong relationships with customers, and promoting an environment that encourages participation, creativity, and learning.
What We're Looking For
- Able to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Ability to work with a team to exceed sales results and meet business goals.
- Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills, with the ability to genuinely and comfortably engage with a diverse group of customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver a high level of customer service in a retail environment.
