Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance personnel.
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate and review work to ensure that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Maintain the operation of computer systems and equipment, and arrange for repairs as needed.
  • Requisition materials and supplies to ensure that the hotel has the necessary resources to operate effectively.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant work experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and guests.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Work Environment:
  • Hotel, motel, resort setting, with a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Standing for extended periods and ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Tight deadlines and ability to work under pressure.
Personal Suitability:
  • Accurate and dependable, with a strong sense of initiative and team player skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.

This is a permanent position, with a 30-40 hour workweek and a 7 months to less than 1 year experience requirement.
