Marketing Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Director of Marketing to join our team at Smart Apartment Data. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive business growth and revenue.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement a marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
- Drive demand and lead generation activities to support revenue growth and performance metrics.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including organic campaigns, email, and digital content creation.
- Manage and oversee the hiring and management of freelancers, agencies, and other external partners to support marketing initiatives.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience as a Director or Manager, preferably in the Real Estate or SaaS industry.
- Proven experience in trade show strategizing and management, sales event planning, or related roles.
- Demonstrated career growth in marketing with longevity with prior companies.
- Experience in hiring, managing, mentoring, and coaching multinational team members and agencies.
- First-hand experience with demand generation and development of all marketing channels.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of delivering results, excellent data fluency.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- A deep understanding of modern marketing practices and a strong point of view on aesthetics and brand.
- Experience and ability to manage agencies and vendors is required.
