Job Title: Marketing Director
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director to join our team at Manulife Insurance Malaysia. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the planning process for Marketing, aligning with Global Marketing, and managing Marketing's Book of Work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Marketing Plans: Lead the process to develop the Marketing Plan for Canada, align with Global Marketing, and support the cascade and communication of the marketing plan.
- Monitor and Report on Execution: Track Marketing's scorecard, identify what's working, what's not working, and what we've learned as we execute, and manage the Book of Work for Marketing.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the CMO and the Canada Marketing leadership team to drive alignment across Canada and with the Global marketing team.
- Manage Marketing's Book of Work: Manage Marketing's Book of Work, which includes all marketing campaigns and initiative spend, as well as our support of key initiatives in the IT Book of Work.
Requirements:
- Experience in Marketing: Experience in marketing; experience in digital marketing an asset.
- Strong Investigative and Critical Thinking Skills: Strong investigative and critical thinking skills with the ability to perform critical analysis with limited oversight.
- Ability to Deliver High-Quality Results: Ability to consistently deliver high-quality results (attention to detail) within tight deadlines.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required (Master's an asset).

- Competitive Salary: $00 CAD - $185,490.00 CAD for the salary range for your location.
