About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Leader to join our team. As the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that encompasses all key areas of marketing. You will work closely with the Chief Brand Officer to enhance our brand presence and engage with our target audience. Additionally, you will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with our community and product teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a holistic marketing strategy covering demand generation, brand, product marketing, customer marketing, and content marketing.
- Collaborate with the Chief Brand Officer to maintain and enhance the company brand.
- Lead the Marketing team, fostering growth and alignment towards company goals.
- Establish KPIs and analyze marketing performance to drive data-informed decisions.
- Drive engagement and growth of our community through innovative marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of marketing experience in a high-growth technology company.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
- Creative mindset with a focus on brand development.
- Track record of building and coaching high-performing marketing teams.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and KPI measurement.
- Experience in community growth is a plus.
