Position Overview: Director of Marketing
Based in Toronto, the Director of Marketing will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing & Customer. This pivotal role is focused on bolstering the growth and visibility of QuadReal's brand as a self-sufficient residential and condominium developer. The Director will manage the rollout of new condominium projects within a varied real estate portfolio across Canada.
The ideal candidate will assume full responsibility for project launches and ongoing marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with established scope, timelines, and financial plans. This encompasses the creation of diverse marketing materials, including traditional and digital assets such as brochures, sales presentations, social media content, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement effective marketing strategies aimed at boosting sales, profitability, and brand recognition.
- Oversee the quality and punctuality of site-specific marketing plans, managing project scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Design innovative marketing campaigns to enhance the success of the QuadReal brand while ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
- Collaborate with the Senior Vice President to manage project marketing budgets and liaise with advertising agencies as necessary.
- Coordinate the design and execution of sales and presentation centers for new developments.
- Lead comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to maximize customer engagement and drive sales.
- Optimize various marketing channels to elevate brand awareness and demand.
- Leverage CRM tools to refine marketing campaigns and improve sales outcomes.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives to inform future strategies.
- Ensure cohesive customer communications throughout the Customer Journey.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in builder/developer or brokerage roles.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in marketing for residential real estate and condominium development.
- Expertise in both digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Exceptional organizational, creative, and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to travel as required.
