LHH Knightsbridge, a division of LHH, is a leading Canadian executive search firm with a unique approach to transforming leadership and workforce. Our search mandates span board directors, executive and senior leadership roles, emerging leadership roles, and functional specialists.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Partner to join our collaborative and accomplished executive search team and play a lead role in expanding our national search practice. Our colleagues are experts in finding, assessing, and delivering transformational talent to meet both permanent and interim leadership needs of clients. As our practice leads for Executive Search, you will guide clients and candidates to provide an efficient and high-touch experience from first introduction to on-boarding and beyond.

The Role
To support our growth mandate, LHH Knightsbridge is looking to add a Partner to grow our executive search practice. Key accountabilities include effectively marketing our value proposition and services, providing industry expertise as a trusted advisor, developing search opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and managing multiple search assignments.
Key Skills and Experience
- Executive Search or equivalent business management and/or professional services sales experience
- Subject matter expert in your chosen sector
- Strong business acumen and expertise; able to juggle tasks and manage multiple deadlines
- A keen attention to detail and passion for excellence in customer service
- Credible with senior sector leaders and clear evidence of such relationships
