RoleOverview:

As a cofounder you willcollaborate closely with our founding team to establish and executeour vision for the organization. Your responsibilities will span awide range of strategic and operational initiatives includingbusiness development client acquisition team building and marketexpansion. You will have the opportunity to shape our companyculture define our brand identity and position us as a leader inthe executive search industry.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the companys growth strategy with afocus on expanding into new markets and verticals.
  • Lead business development efforts to acquire new clientsand drive revenue growth.
  • Build and manage ahighperforming team of recruiters and account managers.
  • Forge strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in theindustry to enhance our market presence.
  • Driveinnovation and continuous improvement across all aspects of thebusiness.
  • Represent the company at industryevents conferences and networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the founding team to define and executethe companys longterm vision and goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in building andscaling a business preferably in the executive search or talentacquisition industry.
  • Strong leadership skillswith the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieveexceptional results.
  • Entrepreneurial mindsetwith a passion for innovation and growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with theability to build strong relationships with clients candidates andteam members.
  • Strategic thinker with theability to develop and execute effective businessstrategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive ina fastpaced dynamic environment.
  • Bachelorsdegree in business marketing or a related field; MBA preferred butnot required.
  • Prior experience as a cofounderor senior executive in a startup or highgrowth company is highlydesirable.

CompensationStructure:

  • Deferred Compensation:Competitive salary deferred over the first 12 months based on thefirms growth milestones.
  • EquityParticipation: Significant equity options based onperformance and investment.

InvestmentRequirement:

  • Minimumpersonal investment of $50000 whichentitles you to enhanced equityownership andprofitsharing based on the firmssuccess.
