About the Role

Yorktown Search Partners is seeking a visionary Co-Founder to drive our growth strategy and establish a prominent presence in the executive search industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company's growth strategy, focusing on expanding into new markets and verticals.
  • Lead business development efforts to acquire new clients and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team of recruiters and account managers.
  • Forge strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the industry to enhance our market presence.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement across all aspects of the business.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in building and scaling a business, preferably in the executive search or talent acquisition industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and team members.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective business strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred but not required.

Compensation Structure:

  • Deferred Compensation: Competitive salary deferred over the first 12 months, based on the firm's growth milestones.
  • Equity Participation: Significant equity options based on performance and investment.

Investment Requirement:

  • Minimum personal investment of $50,000, which entitles you to enhanced equity ownership and profit-sharing based on the firm's success.
