About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hair Stylist to join our team at Capitol Hair Studio Inc. as a key member of our salon team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional hair cutting and styling services to clients, including cutting, trimming, and coloring hair.
  • Shampoo and condition hair, and provide scalp massages to clients.
  • Shave and trim beards and mustaches, and apply hair extensions.
  • Clean and style wigs and hair pieces.
  • Supervise junior hair stylists and other salon staff.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest hair styling trends and techniques.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a hair salon or barbershop.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy equipment.
Working Conditions
