  • Operations
    • Manage salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and supplies.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Current cosmetology or barber license.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a salon management role.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Good eyesight and ability to observe guest's hair.
