About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hair Stylist to join our team at Capitol Hair Studio Inc. as a key member of our salon team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional hair cutting and styling services to clients, including cutting, trimming, and coloring hair.
  • Shampoo and condition hair, as well as provide scalp massages and other hair treatments.
  • Supervise and train junior stylists and other salon staff to ensure high-quality service.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest hair styling trends and techniques, and apply this knowledge to provide innovative and personalized services to clients.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that clients feel valued and satisfied with their experience.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the hair styling industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
