Senior Kitchen Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our team at 3110433 Nova Scotia Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
- Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Staff Training: Train kitchen staff and helpers in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Supply Chain Management: Order supplies and equipment to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
- Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Cleaning and Organization: Clean kitchen and work areas, and organize buffets and banquets to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- Operational Management: Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory control, and staff scheduling.
- Flexibility: Adapt to changing circumstances and priorities in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Organized: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring efficient workflow and minimizing waste.
- Reliability: Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines and expectations.
- Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and maintain a positive team dynamic.
- Work Term: Permanent position with a regular schedule of 35 to 40 hours per week.
