About the Opportunity

This is a key leadership role within the Zanchin Automotive Group, responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in the New Vehicle Sales Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise, direct, and lead the New Vehicle Sales team to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase market share.
  • Manage the sales process, from initial customer contact to delivery and follow-up, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Consultants and Finance & Insurance Managers to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the customer relationship management system to ensure accurate reporting and recording of transactions.
  • Oversee the inventory management process to ensure a well-balanced inventory and maximum gross profit.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in a dealership environment, with a proven track record of sales success.
  • Secondary School diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in working with ERP systems, such as CDK/Reynolds.
  • Valid OMVIC License and a clean Driver's Abstract.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
