Key Responsibilities

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and directing the sales team in all aspects of vehicle sales
  • Implementing sales systems, scheduling, and procedures
  • Developing and executing a strategic plan to achieve sales targets
  • Planning and executing monthly and annual objectives for vehicle sales, gross profit, and expense management
  • Working closely with sales consultants and finance and insurance managers to improve performance
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5 years of experience in a dealership environment
  • Experience with import vehicles within the Japanese sector
  • Secondary School diploma or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in working with ERP systems
  • Driver's License and clean Drivers Abstract
  • Valid OMVIC License
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
  • Ability to communicate professionally
  • Strong attention to detail, organized, and strategic
