Drive Success as a District Manager with Carter's

About the Role:

Carter's is seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Manager to lead our retail operations in Calgary. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing strategies to improve store performance, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Store Managers to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Collaborate with regional and cross-functional partners to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Conduct regular store visits to provide coaching and feedback to Store Managers and team members.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and asset protection standards.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in retail management, with a strong background in multi-unit retail operations.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving store performance.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop action plans to address business challenges.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
