Regional District Manager Job Description

Adecco Canada is seeking a seasoned Regional District Manager to oversee restaurant operations in Mississauga, ON. This full-time role is ideal for a strong leader passionate about driving operational excellence and enhancing customer satisfaction across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Restaurant Operations Oversight: Regularly visit and support restaurant teams to ensure smooth operations and effective people management.
  • Financial and Operational Success: Drive success and profitability of restaurants while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Leadership and Development: Motivate and coach employees, embodying strong leadership and company values. Responsible for hiring, training, and developing managers.
  • Compliance and Audits: Conduct monthly audits covering financials, HR, and health and safety standards at each location.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze and report weekly on sales and profits, and consistently monitor expenditures and labour.
  • Resource Allocation: Assign and manage budget and labour costs to optimize project efficiencies and profit margins.
  • Site Visits: Visit 4-5 sites per week, with occasional extended travel up to 2 weeks for new store openings.
Requirements:
  • Eligibility: Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in restaurant management with 2-3 years of experience managing multiple locations.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills (verbal and written), proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Personality: Friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing personality.
