Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Agent to join our team. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their issues.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our products and services, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex customer issues, often requiring creative problem-solving skills.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Windows, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Office
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Health Benefits: Dental plan, Health care plan
  • Work Schedule: 32 to 35 hours per week
