This Help Desk Leadership Role offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team at Western Financial Group and contribute to the success of our organization. As a Service Desk Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of IT support professionals to provide high-quality support to users and ensuring compliance with agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs).
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of IT support professionals to ensure that all incidents and service requests are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve service delivery and quality.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing and developing a team of IT support professionals.
- Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
