Service Desk Operations Manager

As a Service Desk Operations Manager at Western Financial Group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our service desk. Your primary responsibility will be to manage a team of IT support professionals to provide high-quality support to our users while adhering to agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs).
About You:
We are seeking an experienced leader with a proven track record of managing and developing a team of IT support professionals. You should have a strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of IT support professionals to ensure that all incidents and service requests are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve service delivery and quality.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience managing and developing a team of IT support professionals.
- Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
