About the Role

This is a senior leadership position that requires a proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar client portfolios and leading and mentoring Account Directors.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Drive client retention, growth, and contract renewals to oversee high-value client relationships and escalations.
  • Optimize processes for efficiency, collaboration, and profitability across teams to manage and grow a large and diverse client portfolio.
Your Focus AreasClient Growth & Retention
  • Act as a strategic advisor to key clients to ensure long-term partnerships and help ensure client success and satisfaction.
  • Identify and execute growth opportunities within accounts to motivate and drive performance within the Account Director team.
Revenue & Profitability
  • Maintain oversight of pricing and contract structuring to guide and develop a high-performing client services team.
  • Align client needs with our agency capabilities to deliver exceptional work and manage client satisfaction, renewal strategies, and escalation management.
