**Job Summary**

Antolin Enterprises Inc. is seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, front-of-house, and back-of-house areas.

**Responsibilities**

* Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient service delivery
* Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching to team members
* Cost products and services to maintain profitability and quality standards
* Organize and maintain inventory to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste
* Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment
* Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
* Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives

**Requirements**

* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
* College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

**Work Environment**

* Permanent position
* 40 hours per week
* English language
