Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at India Garden Dining and Banquet Facilities. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Culinary Leadership: Provide exceptional leadership and guidance to our kitchen staff, ensuring high-quality dishes and excellent customer service.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our management team to create innovative and delicious menus that showcase the best of Indian cuisine.
  • Kitchen Operations: Oversee the daily operations of our kitchen, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and staff training.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality, adhering to all relevant health and hygiene regulations.

About You:

  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience as a chef or in a related role.
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
