Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at SEASONS BAR AND GRILL. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and kitchen assistants.
  • Develop and implement menus, ensuring they are creative, seasonal, and meet the high standards of our restaurant.
  • Oversee food preparation, presentation, and plating to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant management team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as a head chef or executive chef in a high-volume restaurant.
  • Proven track record of leading a kitchen team and achieving high-quality results.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
