Job Title: Coordonnateur, Qualité et formation

Under the supervision of the Distribution Center Manager, the Quality and Training Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance with ISO standards and updating related policies and procedures. This individual trains employees on this subject and ensures that all controls are in place.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and sensitize employees and managers on ISO procedures to ensure a culture of quality and compliance.
  • Ensure document validity and control, guaranteeing that all necessary documents are up-to-date and compliant with standards.
  • Monitor changes and new developments in quality standards, staying ahead of the curve to ensure the company remains compliant.
  • Implement changes required to comply with standards and inform stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Identify problems and opportunities and implement corrective solutions at source, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Conduct internal quality audits on a regular basis to ensure distribution center compliance at all times.
  • Design and maintain quality standards documents, ensuring they are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
  • Ensure that certifications and standards are maintained and followed, guaranteeing the company's reputation and compliance.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English and French (both spoken and written) to effectively communicate with employees and stakeholders.
  • Secondary IV completed, demonstrating a strong educational foundation.
  • Good knowledge of office software (Office suite, Outlook) to efficiently manage tasks and documents.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in ISO standards management and/or quality management, providing a solid understanding of compliance and quality principles.
  • Thoroughness and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks and responsibilities.
