**Role & Responsibilities - How You'll Make an Impact**:

- Organize and facilitate project progress meetings, overseeing goal tracking and ensuring alignment with objectives.
- Lead weekly meetings with partners and clients to strategize, prioritize tasks, and ensure effective project planning.
- Prepare aircraft readiness before production, ensuring all necessary resources are in place for smooth operations.
- Analyze and monitor project progress comprehensively, identifying potential bottlenecks and addressing them proactively.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to validate work schedules, maintain adherence to timelines, and optimize resource utilization, while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
