The Tłı̨chǫ Investment Corporation is seeking a skilled Human Resources Specialist to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering full-cycle recruitment services, strategies, and programs for the corporation and its group of companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and gather information on recruitment needs from departmental managers;
  2. Develop and post job advertisements;
  3. Screen candidates and present eligible candidates to management for interview consideration;
  4. Prepare interview questions and schedule and lead interviews;
  5. Conduct reference checks and make hire recommendations;
  6. Prepare employment contracts and facilitate employment clearance processes;
  7. Assist with onboarding and maintain employee profiles on HRIS.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field;
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field;
  • Ability to speak and/or understand the Tłı̨chǫ language is an asset;
  • Class 5 driver's license is required.
