The Empire Realty Point is seeking an exceptional Administration Officer to join our team in a key support role. As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating office services, preparing operating budgets, and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Private sector experience.
  • Basic security clearance and criminal record check.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, MS Windows, and other software applications.
