Administration Officer

The Empire Realty Point is seeking an exceptional Administration Officer to join our team in a key support role. As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our company's goals and objectives.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating office services, preparing operating budgets, and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Private sector experience.
- Basic security clearance and criminal record check.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with MS Office, MS Windows, and other software applications.
- Group insurance benefits.
- Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
