Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Manager to join our team at DBO Labs. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our manufacturing site, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • Manage and maintain a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and delegating responsibilities as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize production workflows
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, operations management)
  • 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to relocate
