Plant Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Operations Manager to lead our manufacturing site. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the plant, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Implement Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to maintain high-quality standards
- Manage a team of production staff to achieve production targets
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Valid driver's license and willingness to relocate
