Plant Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Operations Manager to join our team at DBO Labs. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our plant, ensuring that all production processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Manage and maintain a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Lead a team of production staff to achieve production goals and objectives
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall plant performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, operations management)
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Valid driver's license and willingness to relocate
