Plant Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing team at DBO Labs. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plant, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:- Quality Control: Direct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and industry standards.
- Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the plant, including production planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, operations management, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or operations management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
