Plant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing team at DBO Labs. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the plant, ensuring efficient production processes, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Work SettingThe successful candidate will be based in an urban area and will be willing to relocate for this position. Public transportation is available, and a valid driver's license is required.
Key Responsibilities- Direct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Manage and maintain a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Lead a team of production staff to achieve production targets and maintain high-quality standards
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and lead by example
