Job Title: Administrative Services Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Manager to join our team at LeadingAhead Energy Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and procedures.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Perform data entry and train staff on new systems and procedures.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, including payroll administration and budget planning.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Drive.
