Job Description: At FunctionAbility Rehabilitation Services, we are seeking an Administrative Operations Manager to implement new administrative procedures, review and evaluate existing ones, and delegate work to office staff. This role is responsible for establishing priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met. Key responsibilities include implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, delegating work to office support staff, establishing priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met, carrying out administrative activities, assisting in preparing operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, assembling data and preparing reports, manuals and correspondence, and training staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a high level of attention to detail.

  • Key Responsibilities:
