Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Client Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, providing exceptional care to our clients, and ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of healthcare services to clients in their homes and communities.
  • Lead and supervise a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent client care.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve client outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality care.
  • Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with active registration and good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
  • Proven experience in a healthcare leadership role, with a strong track record of success in team management and client care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to excellence and customer service.
