We are in search of a talented Client Service Supervisor to oversee a team of Personal Support Workers, ensuring outstanding support for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of Personal Support Workers.
- Manage and enhance services delivered to the community.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively.
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Active registration as an RN or RPN in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Previous supervisory experience is advantageous but not essential.
