Beem Credit Union, a leading financial institution in BC, is seeking a highly skilled Supervisor, Member Services to join our team. As a key member of our branch operations team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional member experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of member service representatives to achieve sales and service targets
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve member engagement and retention
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Manage branch security and ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures
  • Administer cash holdings and ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Core Credit Knowledge
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial sales and services environment
  • Supervisory experience an asset
  • Comprehensive understanding of credit products and procedures
