Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our team at Subway. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including estimating ingredient and supply requirements, maintaining records of stock and sales, and preparing reports.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Establish work schedules and supervise the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
- Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities, newcomers and refugees, youth, veterans, and Indigenous people.
- Participate in government or community programs that support diversity and inclusion, and apply hiring policies that discourage discrimination.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
- 3-4 years of experience in a related field, with a focus on team leadership and customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and customers.
