We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor, Food Services to join our team at Starbucks Coffee Company.

Job Summary:

The Supervisor, Food Services will be responsible for leading a team of food service professionals in a fast-paced coffee shop environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of food service professionals to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Manage food inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team member skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and maintain food safety and sanitation standards.

Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in food service management, preferably in a coffee shop or restaurant environment.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving sales goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
