Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with other channels to provide seamless member service
  • Oversee branch security and ensure compliance with corporate policies
  • Administer cash holdings and manage branch expenses
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members
  • Assist the Branch Manager in managing controllable expenses and branch budget
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Core Credit Knowledge
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial sales and services environment
  • Supervisory experience an asset
