Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer service and evaluating service quality to initiate corrective action as needed.
- Staff Supervision: Govern staffing operations for assigned accounts, controlling labor costs and aligning schedules with client requirements.
- Recruitment and Training: Oversee recruitment, selection, orientation, training, and development of high-caliber staff, as well as administer driving training programs.
- Payroll and Record-Keeping: Maintain and submit payroll records and other associate and business information.
- Work Planning and Direction: Plan, assign, and direct work while coaching employees to drive productivity and engagement.
- Employee Relations: Maintain a positive, professional environment by enforcing departmental dignity and respect, and executing disciplinary actions as needed.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure employees comply with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Budgeting and Financial Management: Develop and direct assigned account budgets, providing input on company initiatives and resolving issues.
- Expenditure Authorization: Authorize expenditures, including equipment, supplies, and vehicles, and maintain inventory.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to verbally communicate with team members, management, and clients.
- Language Proficiency: Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.
- Industry Knowledge: Have knowledge of parking operations and procedures, as well as supervisory practices and procedures.
- Staff Supervision: Be skilled in staff supervision, including assigning work and providing training and discipline.
- Leadership and Motivation: Possess the ability to provide positive direction and motivate performance.
- Pre-Employment Screening: Be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including a drug screen and background investigation.
- Account Management Experience: Have experience in account management and revenue collection.
- Technical Skills: Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
